Under the terms of the agreement, Talesun Solar USA will deliver approximately 32 megawatts (MW) of solar modules during 2012. Construction of the utility-scale projects is scheduled to begin in late Q2 2012. The first system is expected to achieve commercial operation by end of 2012 with the remaining systems expected to come online shortly thereafter.
