We are looking for closers. Requirements Qualify Customers from early consultation. Identify their needs and address their concerns, and then develop a solution that best meets their requirements. Provide the design team with solid information about roof size and conditions, including photographs of the roof, and collect electric bills. Possess a good sense of when to go for the close. Identify objections before presenting estimate. Keep accurate and systematic records of customer communication. Report regularly to the sales manager, and coordinate with project management staff to ensure smooth transition from sales to operation. Collect testimonials and references upon completion of each project.
