Return Policy

When you place an order with us, you are making an offer to buy goods. We will send you and e-mail to confirm that we have received your order. Once we have checked the price and availability of the goods, we will e-mail you again to confirm that we accept your order and that a contract has been made between us. We will not take payment from you until we have accepted your order. In the unlikely event that the goods are no longer available or that we have made a pricing mistake, we will advise you of this. You will not receive an e-mail confirming acceptance of your order and there will be no contract between us. If the goods you order are not available, we may supply you with substitute goods. In the unlikely case we elect to supply you with substitute goods, we will notify you in advance and confirm by e-mail that you will accept the substitute. If you decide not to accept the substitute goods after they have been shipped, you will have to pay to return them to us. How to place an order Simply follow the steps provided you at checkout.

Blue Pacific Solar does not keep a copy of your credit card information. All credit card transactions are handled by a third party service i.e.; PayPal. Delivery Unless arranged prior to shipment, deliver is by UPS freight. Delivery charges are noted at the time of checkout. If the goods are lost or damaged in transit, please let us know promptly so we can make a claim against the carriers. Cancellation and returns This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault – for example, if goods are faulty.

Once the order is received and delivery confirmed all orders are final. Any cancellation at this point will result in a 25% restocking charge. Faulty goods: If there is a problem with the goods please notify us by e-mail at sales@bluepacificsolar.com so we can discuss the matter further. All warranties are between you and the manufacture unless stated otherwise. Changes to these terms These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time so please do not assume the same terms will apply to future orders.

At Blue Pacific Solar, we stand behind every product we sell. If any item fails due to defect in material workmanship, we will repair or replace it within the products specified warranty period. All warranties are between you and the manufacture unless stated otherwise.

In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your product, you may return or exchange the item within 14 days for a full refund less 25% restocking fee and any shipping charges incurred. All items returned must be in new unused condition and packaged in the original manufacture’s box. All of the product parts, manuals, accessories must be returned in order to receive credit. The exception to this is installed solar systems or pre-assembled solar kits over $500.00. All installed & pre-assembled kits over $500 sales are final 3 business days after place an order.

Placing an order indicates that you have read and understand our return policy and shipping information.

Notify Blue Pacific Solar within 3 days of delivery of the merchandise if you should encounter any problems with your order. An invoice must accompany the return in order to assure proper handling and credit.
